Call to order: 10:15 a.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H Pledge were recited by Hope.
Roll call was answered by 10 members.
Minutes: read aloud by Janelle. No changes or additions to the meeting minutes.
Treasurer’s Report: Dana reported $50 dollars collected, bringing the total to $410 dollars.
Field Trip Committee: Springs Preserve.
Community Service Committee: Red Rock clean-up.
New Business:
Poultry Night, County fair, fair attire of white button-up, black pants
and green tie/bow, and mention of documentation of all activities,
events and meetings stored in your 4-H journal. Hope asks if any person
would like to be a part of a dog committee. The 6 volunteers include
Sam, Hope, Dana, Janelle, Cole, and Madison.
Madison presented her egg hatching presentation. Sam presented his vermicomposting presentation.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:Raffle tickets for fair- $1/1 ticket OR $5/6 tickets
